- Organize installation schedules with customers and coordinate necessary materials with logistics.
- Deploy and configure hardware, software, and network devices.
- Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for parking management systems.
- Deliver first-level support via helpdesk, phone, or on-site; escalate to second-level support at headquarters when needed.
