System functional safety engineer

We are seeking a motivated System Functional Safety Engineer to join our projects in the field of automotive.

In this position you are responsible for :

• Planning and coordinating of the functional safety activities in the product development phases.
• Functional safety process tailoring.
• Perform preliminary hazard analysis, FMEA, fault tree analysis.
• Defines the functional/technical safety Concepts
• Define safety mechanism, at the system, software and hardware level, necessary to achieve functional safety as defined by the applicable safety standard(s).

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least three years experience in functional safety position.
• Knowledge of ISO 262626 standards or any other functional safety standards (EN 50126, EN 50129, EN 50159, and EN 50128)
