About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Centre and Cloud Operations, the System Network Administrator is responsible for the design and implementation of solutions and processes for network support, optimization, security component hardening and maintaining system documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain technical oversight for LAN/WAN, UC, Telephony, VoIP and operations.
- Configure and maintain routing, switching, firewalls and VPN configurations.
- Ensure event logging on mission‑critical devices for audit purposes.
- Monitor server and network resource allocation and assist with forecasting hardware and software needs.
- Maintain the Disaster Recovery environment and assist with periodic DR tests.
