We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated System Test Managerto lead our testing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities, define effective test strategies, and manage resources to meet project timelines and quality standards, including support during night and after-office hours when required. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes aligned with project requirements and business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to ensure high productivity, quality, and motivation.
