Job Description
UPMC is hiring an Intermediate Systems Analyst (End Support/Telecommunications) to join their HealthPlan Community Care Behavior Health IT department. If you have customer service, end user support, and telecommunications experience. APPLY NOW!!
Work Location: Hybrid. 3 days per week on-site at the USX building downtown Pittsburgh, PA.
Work Hours: 7:30-4, 8:00-4:30p.m. eastern standard.
Purpose:
Under the general direction of the management team and senior staff, the Systems Analyst - Intermediate provides experienced analytical services, defining requirements, developing and/or maintaining computer applications/systems, and providing services to meet client IT and business needs.
