Position Title: Systems Analyst
Work Setup: Full onsite for the first 90 days then will transition to a hybrid set up (3x a week onsite) afterwards
Work Location: Must be amenable to Ortigas/Makati
Shift Schedule: Morning Shift
BASIC FUNCTION:
Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding the Business Requirements and develop Functional Specification that is aligned with Solutions Architecture.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
· Technical resources in MSFT D365 Customer Service (that specific tool and not general CRM or D365) to support the tech lead and accomplish technical tasks for the release (system mapping, integration review, code review, deployment support, defect resolution, code debugging etc.)
· Develop functional requirement based on business requirements
· Develop a deeper understanding of the business process, business organization and the expected business outcome
