Join WSP’s Rail Systems Engineering team as a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer. You will shape a major urban rail extension in the Greater Toronto Area, managing requirements and collaborating with multi‑disciplinary specialists to deliver a safe, efficient, and sustainable project.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems requirements management activities for the major urban rail extension project, ensuring alignment across design, delivery, and stakeholder teams.
• Administer and govern the requirements repository in IBM DOORS Next Generation (NG), maintaining configuration control and end‑to‑end traceability.
• Analyze, decompose, allocate, and trace requirements across multiple engineering disciplines and design phases.
• Ensure requirements remain aligned with the Project Agreement, scope, cost, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.
