Become a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a respected SAAS firm with this fully remote six-month contract available to candidates across Canada. Your role will ensure a seamless recruiting process.
This position requires at least 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, preferably in a tech company. You'll be responsible for scheduling interviews, distributing essential hiring documentation, and maintaining confidentiality. Your experience using ATS Greenhouse and strong organizational skills will help streamline the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for candidates
• Prepare and send interview materials to applicants
• Create offer letters and manage related documentation
