• End-to-End Coordination:
  Manage the candidate lifecycle including interview scheduling, testing, background checks, and pre-boarding.
• Offer & Document Management:
  Administer offer letters and new hire packets using digital tools like DocuSign to ensure seamless onboarding.
• Data Integrity & Archiving:
  Maintain accurate records in the TA/ERP systems, ensuring high data quality and proper document archiving.
• Strategic Collaboration:
  Partner with HR and TA teams to provide real-time updates and ensure alignment on hiring documentation.
