• Support sourcing via resume databases and social media
• Pre-screen candidates based on established criteria
• Conduct pre-screening calls under supervision
• Coordinate recruitment stages, including assessments
• Maintain records in the applicant tracking system
Requirements:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial relations, or business
• Basic proficiency in computer tools and ATS
