Role Overview
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategy, workforce planning support, and hiring execution across the organization. This role drives talent acquisition effectiveness by developing scalable recruitment programs, optimizing hiring processes, and partnering with business leaders to secure top talent that supports organizational growth and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role.
