Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Cauayan, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage requisitions end-to-end, including intake with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. The role will involve conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications and fit, and guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment process. The specialist will support employer branding efforts by promoting Everise’s culture and values in all candidate interactions and on relevant platforms.

Daily activities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, coordinating offers, and partnering with HR and operations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
