Talent Acquisition SpecialistReporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, Western Canada, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of salaried hires for our Operations Buildings & Industrial groups, Corporate positions and Bird subsidiaries.
This position requires strong direct sourcing experience, a client focused approach and a process mindset.

The role can be based in Edmonton or Calgary

What You Will Be Working On

Salaried Roles

Execute full cycle recruitment for salaried hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow.

Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team.

Liaise with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs.
