We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role is ideal for someone strong in sourcing, headhunting, and managing multiple priorities .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of roles (up to 100 at a time) for retail/store hiring
- Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Reach out to passive candidates, including students and early-career talent
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
