Overview
Talent and Performance Program Lead, reporting to the Director of Talent Development & Learning, oversees performance management, succession planning, and talent strategy across the territory. The role uses Workday to design and optimize talent processes aligned with TSA’s mission and collaborates with HR Business Partners and leaders to enhance programs that foster engagement, development, and organizational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement talent strategy: Partner with HR and business leaders to design and execute talent programs that support career growth, performance improvement, and succession planning.
