About the Role
Adecco is hiring a Talent Consultant for a local branch. The consultant will create an exceptional customer and candidate experience, placing candidates from a qualified pool and ensuring continued employment for associates and a skilled match for clients.
The role requires driving results, expanding business, increasing wallet share, reducing associate attrition, and fostering re‑employment. It is a hybrid role with work-from-home and in‑office responsibilities, including training and weekly in‑office tasks.

- Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates and associates to increase wellness, retention and employability.
- Partner with Central Delivery teams to build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline addressing client needs; network extensively and conduct grassroot efforts as required.
