Position Description
- Identify talent through recruitment sources, screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and provide career guidance & consulting.
- Manage multiple job requirements for multiple clients and identify the ideal candidate for each job opportunity.
- Subject to business needs, may identify new business opportunities using various sales strategies (emails, calls, etc.).
- Create job postings, screen & interview candidates, short‑list candidates, network, and head‑hunt.

- 2+ years of recruitment or related experience.
