Lead People and Talent Operations to enhance payroll and compliance for a growing workforce across the U.S. and Canada. Create structured onboarding while ensuring regulatory compliance.
We seek an experienced professional with 3–5 years in HR or Talent Operations, ideally from a startup environment. In this role, you will own payroll operations, design onboarding processes, and assure compliance with employment laws. You'll work closely with hiring teams to streamline recruiting efforts and build robust HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll and contractor payment processes
• Develop structured onboarding and offboarding for employees
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
• Coordinate recruiting operations using ATS
• Document and implement effective HR policies
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years in People Operations
• Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian laws
• Proven experience in improving HR processes from scratch
