Talent & People Operations Intern

OW Ocean Winds is looking for a Human Resources intern to assist the Talent Manager with various People Department responsibilities, including recruitment and onboarding. Candidates will need an MBA, MIM, or a relevant Master's degree, along with advanced Spanish and English skills.

This role involves managing candidate databases, conducting interviews, and organizing Talent Attraction events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses good communication skills.
