Talent Recruiter (German Speaker)

* You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from identifying and approaching suitable candidates, through presenting them to the project manager / customer, right through to successful hiring

* You will cover a wide range of positions, the focus of which is purely project or customer-based

* You use our internal database to successfully fill the positions, place advertisements on online platforms and address them directly on the common social media platforms

* You follow our multi-stage quality assurance process and select the right candidates for the customer

* You control the recruiting process to ensure that the hiring is successful

• You are fluent in German and English.


• You can interact with all types of profiles, from an experienced candidate to a freshly graduated and to be able to appear convincing.
