Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join a well‑established and rapidly growing organization. This role involves managing indirect tax compliance in Canada and the United States, overseeing tax audits, and providing strategic recommendations. Reporting to the Tax Director, the ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing tax processes and enhancing compliance practices.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Canadian corporate tax returns (T2, T5013, and related forms)
- Participate in the preparation of quarterly tax provisions and year‑end adjustments
- Monitor and reconcile tax accounts in the general ledger
- Calculate tax installments and prepare tax‑related journal entries
- Support the management of corporate tax audits and indirect tax audits
