About the opportunity 
This is an exciting opportunity to become a crucial member of our Dayforce implementation team, serving as the primary contact for new customers throughout their tax and banking set up. In this role, you'll oversee the setup of tax profiles, banking details, and ensure a smooth transition to support allowing Dayforce to facilitate bulk tax return filings on our customers' behalf. This role is pivotal as a first impression in the customer onboarding process, contributing significantly to fulfilling our promise of delivering quantifiable value to our customers while making work life better. 
What you will get to do
Collaborate with customers and internal Dayforce implementation teams throughout the entire process, from customer kickoff to transition to ongoing support for tax and banking onboarding.
