Reception 1:1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Kidderminster
Contract: Long-term, Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
The Role
- Provide 1:1 support to help the child engage in classroom activities and learning tasks.
- Assist with mobility, personal care and ensure the child's comfort and safety throughout the day.
- Support the child's social, emotional, and physical development.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies and targets.

- Experience supporting children with complex or physical needs.
- Have a nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Possess a genuine passion for helping young children thrive.
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a caring team.
