Are you an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and qualified Teaching Assistant? Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their prep school team and make a real difference to children's learning and emotional development, helping to ensure that every pupil can access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Primarily support a lower KS2 teacher and pupils.
- Work in close partnership with the class teacher to prepare resources and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Run targeted interventions with groups of children and provide social and emotional support.
- Manage pupil behaviour and support teaching within the lower KS2 age group.
- Contribute to the development of individual support plans.
- Deliver one-to-one and small‑group interventions such as phonics and maths.
- Promote an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
