Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant at a welcoming primary school in Rubery, Birmingham. This role will be based within Key Stage 2, providing whole‑class support, targeted interventions and occasional 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.

• Weekly Pay Rate: £500 - £525
• Start Date: ASAP
• Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
• Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
• Contract: Long‑Term to Permanent

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2 classrooms
• Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Provide occasional 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional guidance
• Implement behaviour support strategies to promote engagement and positive outcomes
