Teaching Assistant

Overview

Affinity Partnerships are looking for a full-time teaching assistant to work in multi-academy trusts in the Weston‑Super‑Mare area.

The ideal candidate would have experience working with children, whether that’s as a learning support assistant or other work involving working with children, confidence in working with children with a variety of learning abilities and needs, be encouraging and positive as well as being supportive to their educational needs.

The successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Candidate Profile

• Have a sound understanding of Primary Education
• Have excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
• Have confidence supporting the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
