Job Description
Team Administrator
Salary: £23-27,000 basic DOE + bonuses + benefits packages.
Location: Leatherhead, Dorking, Epsom and Sutton.
Responsibilities
- Proactive team player, supporting others to meet team and client SLAs.
- Handle emails and respond to enquiries via live‑chat and website.
- Answer department telephone calls and enquiries.
- Record appointment details and book appointments for colleagues and third parties.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Update reports in Excel and in‑house databases for other business areas.
- Maintain client records in an accurate and up‑to‑date manner.
- Problem‑solve and respond quickly to minimise delays.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ administration experience in an office‑based role.
