Job Description

Team Administrator

Salary: £23-27,000 basic DOE + bonuses + benefits packages.

Location: Leatherhead, Dorking, Epsom and Sutton.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive team player, supporting others to meet team and client SLAs.
  • Handle emails and respond to enquiries via live‑chat and website.
  • Answer department telephone calls and enquiries.
  • Record appointment details and book appointments for colleagues and third parties.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Update reports in Excel and in‑house databases for other business areas.
  • Maintain client records in an accurate and up‑to‑date manner.
  • Problem‑solve and respond quickly to minimise delays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months’ administration experience in an office‑based role.
