Job Description

Responsibilities

:

·Provide daily direction and scheduling for Assemblers

·Electrical assembly

·Works on assembly problems of unusual complexity under minimal supervision.

·Recommend practices and procedures.

·Confer with supervisor only on unusual or complex problems.

·Participate in determining objectives of assignment. Most work is not verified by others, and errors may create substantial loss of funds, accounts, cause delays, or affect Company image. Independent contacts with internal customers requiring discussion, interpretation, and approvals.

·Proficiency in complex assembly and injection molding product lines, processes, and procedures.

·Determines method of assembly where complete information is not available. Assists in development, and analyzes or critiques assembly methods, processes and procedures
