The role at a glance: The Team Lead, Facilities Security oversees daily security operations within a data centre environment, leading a team of Security Officers to ensure the protection of facilities, assets, personnel and client operations. The role is responsible for team supervision, scheduling, recruitment, training, incident response, security system administration, compliance monitoring, and emergency management. Working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and clients, the Security Supervisor ensures adherence to security policies, operational procedures and service standards.
