Lead innovative projects as a Team Lead in Pressure Boundary & Analysis at BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada in Peterborough, Ontario. Drive technical excellence in nuclear systems and design analysis for complex projects.
Reporting to the Pressure Boundary & Analysis Engineering Manager, you will oversee design and analysis teams focusing on CANDU reactor components. This role requires strong leadership in project planning, resource management, and coordination with technical counselors. You’ll also drive performance improvements, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate work planning and team schedules
• Lead design and analysis activities for nuclear systems

• Support CAD, Procurement, and Quality Assurance teams
