What You’ll Do
Motivate your team to meet TTEC and client metric performance goals, answer associates’ questions, guide them to resolve issues, handle customer escalations, and ensure quality customer experience as the first‑line manager.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
- Coach associates to achieve company and client goals while addressing employee issues and coordinating training on new services, products, or processes.
- Manage multiple complex tasks and projects, monitor absence and attendance, process payroll, and perform other administrative duties.
- Motivate and mentor your team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and difficult conversations when needed.
- Utilize TTEC and client tools and applications to accomplish tasks, troubleshoot technology issues, and support outage processes.
- Impact the company’s financial health by retaining valuable employees and influencing absenteeism and occupancy.
