Hands-on with a focus on initiatives that will help 10x the teamBuild a deep understanding of their product and business domain Collaborate with Product and Design SMEs on squad roadmap and priorities Execute and deliver on the squad roadmap initiativesDirect technical and line management for all the engineers in the squad including code review.
