Job Description
- Provide day to day support for production applications and environments
- Work with databases (SQL, Oracle, PLSQL) to identify and fix data related problems
- Utilize Linux commands and scripting for system monitoring and issue resolution
- Analyze production issues and coordinate with vendors for patch management and ensure patches are applied as per guidelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of changes and fixes implemented in production
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system stability and performance
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
