Job Description
Systematic Planning & optimum utilization of Team to achieve desired level of productivity in terms of number of programs delivered and on time delivery to Global sites like Lutin, Tianjin, France, Pasadena and India.
Train & guide the team on the usage of Strategies, adopt new developments as implemented by Manufacturing excellence team in the daily programming.
Testing of new developments and helping the team to deploy horizontally across the sites
Updating the team with latest strategies and tool data bases regularly in line with the Global Automation team.
Driving the team towards achieving 100% Quality programs & Developing corrective actions for the Quality issues received from global team.
Driving the team towards achieving the required productivity and on time delivery
Supporting the programming team in selection of cutting tools, machines and manufacturing process.
