Job Description
- Manage end-to-end processes for device onboarding, provisioning, monitoring, and decommissioning.
- Ensure smooth MDM integration for new and existing devices.
- Automate tracking to reduce manual errors and delays.
- Lead a round-the-clock support team for proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Maintain real-time dashboards for device health, security alerts, and performance tracking.
- Implement escalation procedures to reduce downtime and meet SLAs.
- Enforce security policies (updates, patches, access controls) across all devices.
- Prevent data breaches, unauthorized access, and compliance violations.
- Perform regular audits to meet regulatory standards (SBP, PCI-DSS).
- Hire, train, and oversee L1/L2 support staff, MDM admins, and operations analysts.
