Job Title: Team Leader - Maintenance

**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE:**
The Maintenance Team Leader reports directly to the Plant Manager. They direct, lead, and supervise a team of maintenance personnel in a plant environment at a Natural Gas power plant while sharing responsibility for its safe, efficient, and reliable operation. This position’s primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance program of the plant including both routine and outage work. This position oversees, manages, optimizes and fully implements the Conditioned Based Outage/Integrated Planning Process (aka Stage Gate Process). Outage oversight responsibilities include both planning and execution phases of outages.
