Job Description
Train Them AI builds first-person video datasets used to train humanoid robots and computer vision models. We have ~200 active remote contractors across Latin America, and we are scaling our distributed contractor workforce significantly over the next 90 days.
We are hiring one Remote Operations Manager to help us coordinate and grow that team.
WHAT THE ROLE IS
This is a contractor role on our operations side. You will be responsible for the growth, health, and productivity of a regional segment of our remote contractor workforce — onboarding new contractors, supervising their workflow, ensuring productivity, and resolving day-to-day issues.
