You lead and develop the members of the Subsystems Engineering team by supporting employees, developing and allocating competencies, and ensuring effective team organization You estimate the effort and budget required for Subsystem Owners’ tasks related to projects, serial changes, and problem-solving activities You are responsible for quality, consistency, and timely delivery of development activities and deliverables for the team, while monitoring budget status You are responsible for operational stability, prioritization, and coordination of all Subsystem Owner activities across development and series support You own and develop the subsystem knowledge management system, including failure modes, validation and design guidelines You lead and support 8D problem-solving activities and ensure the capitalization of lessons learned You are responsible for correct definition of Sub...
