What the Role Does
As a Team Manager, you will lead a team of specialists focused on improving business operations and the website experience for a large-scale eCommerce platform. Your focus will be on driving performance, enabling your team to do their best work, and turning insights into meaningful, measurable results.
You will set direction, prioritize initiatives, enhance processes, guide the team’s growth, and ensure consistent execution. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will identify opportunities, align on priorities, and continuously improve how your team operates.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week in a hybrid environment.
