Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor Intraday Coordinators and Analysts
• Monitor KPIs to ensure service level targets are achieved
• Facilitate effective communication across support teams
• Support compliance with labor agreements and practices
• Manage budget and financial planning in collaboration with Finance
