Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teamlead to join our software development team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Teamlead you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$.
In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise. You will also be responsible for setting goals and expectations for your team members, conducting performance evaluations, and providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow professionally.
