With the team having been without a dedicated supervisor for some time, your leadership, coaching, and attention will be key to building engagement, structure, and performance.

- At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably within a logistics, warehouse, production, or operational environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on mentality and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional proficiency in English (required)
