Technical Chat Support Representative
Davao City (Onsite)
Shifting Schedule
We're looking for a Technical Chat Support Representative with at least 1 year of technical support experience, preferably handling chat support for a Telco account.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Technical Support experience
Experience in Telco Chat Support
K-12 Graduate / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
Good written communication and troubleshooting skills
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
