What success looks like in this role:
The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution. Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting Experience with supporting a corporate Windows environment Printing (installation, deployment, configuration, disposals) Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PC's Test and Tag experience highly regarded Minimum of 6months experience in supporting Deskside support environment Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
