• Lead the transition from manual tasks to fully automated workflows, ensuring reliability, scalability, and reduction of human error throughout the data lifecycle (Automation-First Engineering).
• Manage db-as-a-service environments, ensuring they meet security, resilience, performance, and cost-efficiency standards (SaaS & Cloud Operations).
• Implement and experiment with generative AI agents (LLMs) to assist in log analysis, query optimization suggestions, automated documentation, and proactive incident response (AI Innovation).
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines for schema, data, and infrastructure changes.
