What you’ll do
- Lead by Example: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, efficient back-end systems tailored for AI applications, while actively contributing code.
- Technical Architecture: Define and oversee the technical architecture and system design, ensuring alignment with AI integration and best practices.
- Engineering Excellence: Foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and instilling best practices across the team.
- Security & Compliance: Maintain and improve strict security protocols for our multi-tenant environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
