Role overview
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to own the technical direction and operational reliability of our POS SaaS product. You will be a hands‑on full‑stack engineer (Node.js back end, React Native mobile/front end), AWS solutions and DevOps expert, and a people leader who can build and coach a small engineering team (3–5 engineers). Your mission: design and maintain a secure, highly available, and scalable platform, establish best practices, and drive delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design and implement scalable, fault‑tolerant systems on AWS to support our POS SaaS platform.
- Lead hands‑on development: Node.js services (APIs, business logic), React Native mobile apps, and integrations.
- Build and run CI/CD pipelines, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), configuration management, and automated deployments.
