Role Summary
The Technical Trainer – Assembly delivers role-based instruction, hands-on OJT, and certification training across the full assembly lifecycle, including frame & structure build, electrical assembly, mechanical/piping assembly, finish assembly, and test operations. This role ensures every assembler is qualified, certified, and ready to execute against SOPs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training across Frame & Structure Assembler, Electrical Assembler, Mechanical/Piping Assembler, Finish Assembler, Test Technician, Assembly Material Handler, and In-Process QC Technician roles.
Lead advanced safety certifications, including NFPA 70E (Qualified Person), Electrical Safe Work Practices, LOTO (Authorized User), Pressure Testing, and Working at Heights.
Train Test Technicians and QC personnel on Electrical Testing Safety (Hi-Pot, Megger), Pressure Systems Safety, and Laser/Scanning Safe...
