One of Australia’s most iconic and integral companies is looking to bring on 2 Technical Account Managers to work between their technical teams and external customers .
 
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact helping to resolve technical issues for your clients . You will act as an escalation point for technical issues liaising with your technical teams and managing customer expectations .
 
Aside from this you will also be involved in:

Building customer relationships with face to face meetings

Managing client expectations and requirements

Working to resolve technical issues

Supporting change management on projects

Take part in initiatives to grow client satisfaction
