We’re looking for Technical Account Manager to join the team in Tampere, Finland.
We're seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to function as a true partner to our largest customers. In this role, you'll develop deep working knowledge of customer goals, key business initiatives, technical challenges, and infrastructure configurations to deliver high quality customer experience. Working closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM), you'll identify opportunities that expand business footprint and plan the necessary technical activities to achieve account growth plans. While the KAM focuses on sales, you'll bring the technical expertise that makes partnerships thrive. We’re looking for someone who brings strong technical expertise together with excellent relationship‑building skills.
